Rehabilitation Session

Service Description

Once I have met you for the initial injury assessment, we might decide that a rehabilitation programme is needed. I will give you a set of stretches and exercises for you to carry out at home. I will write them all down for you with all the specifics e.g. how many sets/reps etc. Then we will meet back up to discuss your progress and to edit your rehabilitation programme as necessary. I may decide to add some massage to the session also.
